Free toddler coloring page: Duck

This free coloring page for toddlers shows one big, friendly duck with the word duck printed underneath. Thick lines and simple shapes make it easy for little hands, and the word helps you name the picture together.

It is made for ages 1 to 4, for a first coloring page at home, in daycare or on a rainy afternoon. In the UK and Australia it is a toddler colouring page. Little ones love it either way.

Tips for a toddler's first coloring page

• Chunky crayons or washable markers are easiest for small hands.
• Tape the page to the table so it does not slide around.
• Say the word together and make the sound: quack, quack.
• Scribbles count. At this age, it is all about the fun of making marks.
