Simple Pleasures is a series of easy, large print coloring books made for adults and seniors who find busy, detailed coloring books frustrating. Every picture has thick, clear outlines and big open spaces, so it is easy on the eyes and easy on the hands, with colored pencils, markers or gel pens.
The scenes are calm and grown-up, never childish: home and garden, pets and farm animals, small-town life, and the cozy traditions of the holidays. Each picture is printed on its own page with a blank back, and comes with a gentle conversation question that makes the books a favorite for family visits, memory sharing and activity time in care homes.
